Donald Trump Jr. goes hunting for privacy

September 29, 2017

Donald Trump, Jr., an avid camper and hunter, took off alone –- as in, without his Secret Service detail –- to the Yukon to hunt moose with a bow and arrow. A determined New York Times reporter tracked him down. Lo and behold, it turns out he was really hiding out in an underground lair at the North Pole, far beneath the ice, passing top-level state secrets to Russian agents wearing monocles and petting white Persian cats.

Okay, I made that last part up. (You knew that, didn’t you?) He really was bow-hunting. But GQ writer Jack Moore is very concerned about those hypothetical Russian spies. Here’s what he wrote: “It’s not the best look for a major advisor to and son of the President who is the subject of a serious investigation into possible international espionage to get rid of the government agents who are around him all the time, for a couple of weeks during that investigation.”

Sheesh. Yes, the President’s son might want to be more careful about his personal security, even in a remote place with more moose than people. But it’s this kind of thing that probably made him want to get away from it all in the first place.

This post generated my best laugh of the day! Keep it coming. We need a good laugh in the vortex of all the bewildering reports.

Just goes to show how deviously diabolical this man is! On the surface, meeting with Rocky and Bullwinkle may seem innocent enough. But I know for a fact that Rocky & Bullwinkle have been colluding with Boris and Natasha for at least the last 50 or 60 years. Be afraid! Be very afraid!

Believe it or not but Bullwinkle and Rocky were sent to the Yukon to meet with Donald jr to get the latest dispatches from him to take to Putin. (sarcasm intended)

He has the right to go on a personal holiday-vacation-or God for-bid private hunting trip when-ever he wants. I do wish he would let secret service accompany him-for safety reasons.....if a reporter can track him down, so can someone that has intent to harm him.
    Respectfully, Tonya

Exactly, Governor! And when you're hunting, especially bow hunting, the Swamp stench of a crew of Secret Service agents would be impossible to mask. Donald Jr. wouldn't have had a chance at sneaking up on a moose.
Keep your wise and common-sense comments coming, Governor. They are a refreshing counter-balance to the chaos and idiocy that dominates the news today. Thanks!
