Brilliant idea

By Mike Huckabee

Brilliant Idea! Sen. Ted Cruz is urging President Trump to submit Obama’s Iran nuclear deal and the Paris Climate Accords, which Trump rescinded, to the Senate as treaties, which is how they should have been dealt with in the first place under the Constitution. Then if Biden takes office, he couldn’t keep his vow to reinstate them without getting a two-thirds vote of approval from the Senate, which, no matter what happens in Georgia, ain’t gonna happen.

Read Cruz’s full letter to Trump here.

He also reminds us that the Obama Administration admitted that they structured the agreements in such a way that they could publicly deny that they were legally-binding treaties because treaties require two-thirds’ consent of the Senate, and they knew they would never get that. Yet both contain legally-binding obligations on the US and are clearly treaties.

Obama attempted an end-run around the Constitution, and Trump blocked it. If he takes Cruz’s advice, he can block Biden from picking up the ball and trying it again.

Joe Biden update

By Mike Huckabee

Behold the man whom William Barr thinks can be trusted to conduct a fair and thorough investigation of allegations of financial impropriety against his son Hunter by all those "Russian disinformation" outlets and “one horse ponies” in the media.

I don’t know what’s most disturbing about this: that he’s still insisting it’s all “Russian disinformation” when there's been formal FBI investigation for months, or that he can’t answer a simple question without lapsing into word salad (I think “one horse pony” is a brain jumble of “one trick pony” and “one horse town”), or that he simply turns around and wanders off stage every time he’s asked any question harder than “What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?” This is the man 80 million Americans want to be President? Really?

I suspect that if he ever had to face the kind of verbal assault that Trump deals with from reporters on a daily basis, he’d crumble to dust and blow away like the people in that “Avengers” movie.

Irony Corner

By Mike Huckabee

Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling, who has spent weeks bashing President Trump for suggesting there was voter fraud in his state, filed a complaint that a woman who sold him his house and moved to Maryland cast fraudulent votes in Georgia in 2018 and 2020 by falsely using his home address as her own.

Presidential pardons

By Mike Huckabee

Tuesday, President Trump issued full pardons to 15 people and commuted the sentences of five others. Here’s a full list.

The pardons range from an 89-year-old man who pleaded guilty to helping illegally distill moonshine in 1952 to former GOP Congress members Duncan Hunter and Chris Collins to former Trump campaign aide George Papadapoulous.

I’m sure liberals in the media will howl, as they did with Mike Flynn, that Papadapoulous pleaded guilty to lying to Mueller investigators (of course, they were fine with Obama and Clinton pardoning terrorists and fugitive Democrat donors.) But as we all know by now, the Mueller investigators were a cabal of liars, perjurers and evidence fabricators who used unconscionable hardball tactics to force guilty pleas out of people who did nothing wrong. I attach no more credence to a guilty plea to a process crime in that “investigation” than I do to someone pleading guilty to being a witch after being tortured by the Spanish Inquisition.

Here's more background on Papadapoulous, if you haven’t been with us long (we've already covered this story in all its sordid details.)

There is no way Pres Trump lost Georgia in the presidential election unless there was massive fraud and that goes without saying. My concern is this will happen again in the Senate election since our Secretary of State and Governor have taken no action to legitimize this election.

Those sentences, for the most past, appear to be way out of line with the crimes committed. These folks were sentenced to longer terms by far than many who commit robbery, assault, rape, and rioting, damage to life and property as well as other crimes that are physically harmful. Others who have blatantly lied under oath don’t get any punishment at all. Nothing will come of the Biden family corruption just because they are part of the swamp.

So the man who can’t coherently answer questions will be followed around with the nuclear codes. Is the speech problem caused by his stutter or something else? Will this old fellow be able to hold up with the 16 hour days and the many decisions required in one day. Foreign leaders are going to make mincemeat of him. Our reporters will show infinite patience and fill in the blanks as needed. They will avoid hard questions at news conferences.
So much for the Durham report. It will be swept under the rug. The FBI, possibly the best investigative organization in the world at one time, will just become more corrupt and partisan.

Let’s hear it for AOC for Speaker and Pencil neck Adam for Senate majority leader. You know with the voting corruption in Georgia, the GOP does not have a prayer.

Nancy Pelosi again has purposely co-opted a Covid-relief bill intended to help Americans. She knew that President Trump would veto-pocket or otherwise which then gives her the opportunity to blame Trump for its failure. She is a fraud and I truly believe a very evil person.
I leave in 2 days for a trip from California (what a disaster) to Washington D. C. flying my TRUMP flags proudly. I am going to stop along the way to join the populace in rallies-or I will start one. We need to STAND UP. The lockdowns are simply a form of martial law. Let the Democrat states fail-let them have Joe as their president-we will take the red states and keep the only president to devote his all to the people-This man is a hero.

Congress--The Grinche's Who Stole Christmas!! How about this idea, ALL OF CONGRESS DON'T GET A PAYCHECK & FREEZE ALL THEIR ASSETS & SEE HOW IT FEELS HOW THE AMERICANS ARE GOING HUNGRY, LOSING THEIR HOMES & APARTMENTS, BUSINESSES, & RELIGIOUS SERVICES! This "RELIEF" Bill is an insult to every American. Not only Congress, but all the democratic run states. The only upside for us is the virus vaccine for those who will take it. After almost 11 months of unrest in this country, maybe, just maybe, 2021 will give up some hope.

You probably heard about John Roberts tantrum over the suit filed by Texas and his concern regarding RIOTS. I guess he forgot we are supposed to live by "Rule of Law" not by "Rule by Riot". Makes you question why we have a Supreme Court at all if they don't have the courage to do their job. Too bad they don't have half the courage of our founding fathers.

I keep reading comments like "We have to certify this presidential election so people don't lose faith in our electorial system." I even hear this here. Let me clue you all in from the front line "boots on the ground" folk: we already have. After years constitutional rape: a two-tiered justice system, legislation by the judiciary and executive branches, a Congress that is consciousless budget wise and only interested in lining their pockets and securing their perks in and out of office ... malfeasance of a completely unbridled and mind-boggling nature, there is not a shred of integrity to be found in what was once "the great experiment," Show me one shred of integrity that's left since the conception of the beaucratic state, and I'll rethink my postition. I believe that the reason there hasn't been an armed uprising ovet this November farce is because we are still in shock that it has been so blatant and because we are hunkering down. The Democratic Party is the CCCP revisited and the Republican Party is a joke.

    Dear Governor Huckabee,

I recently ran across this quote that I recently discovered reminding me of our recent election. “A lie only runs until it is overtaken by the truth,” Perhaps the truth will eventually come out about our fraudulent election, but in the meantime, we should be mindful of what this season is really about. We are wishing you and the entire Huckabee family good health, happiness and peace throughout the coming year.

    Dear Governor Huckabee,

We wish you and the entire Huckabee family good health, happiness and peace throughout the coming year. I saw this quote recently and thought of the past election. A lie only runs until it is over taken by the truth. The truth will prevail and that is my Christmas present to you. Merry Christmas, Huckabee family!

    74 million votes for Trump
    80 million votes for Biden
    154 million total votes
There are only 146.3 million registered voters in the United States which means every registered voter voted (100%) and still millions more voted! How can anyone say that there was no voter fraud?
