Georgia, it is up to you
By Mike Huckabee
The electors are set to meet today and expected to vote to make Joe Biden President. Meanwhile, President Trump is continuing to pursue challenges to the votes in key swing states. While his supporters still have hope, his longshot bid is getting longer. It’s now being talked about not just as a fight to keep Trump in the White House, but a fight to protect all future elections, to force the institutions that are supposed to ensure our elections are honest to do their jobs.
Judging from polls that show 47% of Americans believe the election was stolen (and that even includes about 30% of Democrats), something has to be done to reassure Americans that their votes count and the fix isn’t in, and telling them “You’re crazy! You’re wrong! Shut up, you’re not allowed to talk about it!” isn’t convincing anybody of anything, other than that the people saying that have something they’re trying to hide.
But if it is true that America is about to face the scary prospect of a Biden Presidency (even scarier when you consider who will really be running things), the two runoff races to determine control of the Senate in Georgia are looking more and more like the last chance America has to dodge a wave of disastrous leftist policies, some of which (like stacking the Supreme Court or bringing in more rubberstamp Democrat states) would be irreversible.
And I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it appears that Republicans aren’t taking that threat seriously enough. I fear they may be walking toward a wood chipper with their eyes closed. Stacy Abrams is bragging that the Dems have generated 1.2 million absentee ballot requests, 85,000 of them from new voters (you can imagine what that means.) Polls show the Democrats rising, even as their radicalism is becoming more obvious by the day. Meanwhile, the Republicans are in disarray, with some people foolishly calling for boycotting the election to express anger over the Trump vote count. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face! Trump has strongly denounced that and even traveled to Georgia to urge people to turn out to support Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue.
Early voting starts today in Georgia for the January runoffs. It is vitally important if you are in Georgia that you vote, and get every Republican you know to vote, even if you have to drive them to the polls yourself. Volunteer for get-out-the-vote efforts and for poll-watching, because Heaven knows we’ll need to watch those polls like hawks.
I’m going to direct you to today’s MUST-READ, by Neil Patel at Real Clear Politics. It’s entitled “Republicans are Blowing It in Georgia, and We May All Pay the Price.” I pray he’s being too pessimistic, but I also pray that this will light a fire under Republicans who are sitting on the fence and get them motivated to get out and fight for those seats.
In this article, Patel outlines some of what Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and a Joe Biden Administration are itching to do to America if they have even the most microscopic majority in the Senate.
I agree with Patel that I can’t believe the majority of Georgia voters want what the Democrats are planning to do to them and the rest of us, which should horrify anyone to the right of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. But they need to be told the consequences in no uncertain terms.
Remember the polls showing that Joe Biden would have lost in a landslide if his voters had actually known some of the things about him that the media and social media kept hidden? Well, it’s obvious we can’t depend on them to tell Georgia voters the truth about Democrats Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock or what their elections would mean in terms of raising taxes, opening the borders, seizing guns, trampling First Amendment speech and religious freedom rights, cementing fraudulent voting practices and more.
Now, Georgians, it’s up to you. They haven’t yet figured out a way to censor phone calls, emails, letters and personal conversations. So read this, have your eyes opened, and spread it to everyone you know.

New Podcast: Candace Owens
By Mike Huckabee
On a special video episode of The People's Podcast, Governor Huckabee welcomes Candace Owens for a conversation about her legal battle with the so-called social media fact-checkers, the rise of tech censorship worldwide, how the Congress vs. Big Tech showdown will play out, the China-Eric Swalwell scandal, America's relationship with Russia and China, and the record number of Black voters supporting President Trump.

Today, the first doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine will start being distributed, which will make it awfully difficult for the media to rewrite history and give credit for it to Joe Biden (I’m sure they were hoping it would take until 24 hours after Inauguration Day so they could do just that.) So they had to content themselves with claims that FDA Commissioner Dr. Stephen Hahn was pressured to rush through the vaccine and cut corners on safety standards, which he adamantly denies. He says that all the usual safety precautions were observed, and he’s so certain of its safety, he plans to take the vaccine himself.
Hahn insisted that the FDA followed all necessary safety procedures. He said the difference that helped speed this vaccine was that there was a historic partnership between government, private industry and researchers (that would be Trump’s Operation Warp Speed) that cut red tape and bureaucratic delays. He said that thanks to that, “developers, researchers, and regulators have found new and hopefully lasting ways to be dynamic and efficient."
I hope they’re lasting, too, but if Biden gets into office and reinstitutes all the regulations that Trump cleared away, I wouldn’t count on seeing any more vaccines developed in record time.
Electoral College votes; more legal challenges ahead
By Mike Huckabee
Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, in the wake of his presidential pardon, has been making a few appearances lately and said in an interview with Maria Bartiromo on SUNDAY MORNING FUTURES that “there’s a whole number of paths” for Trump to still prevail
Perhaps he knows something we don’t, but he’s highly confident that the President will win at least one of his legal challenges, of which there are several.
Sidney Powell has four suits still pending at the Supreme Court, he said, and there are others that “will probably play out this week.”
Flynn said the main reason to be confident is that they “have conclusive evidence of foreign interference in our election.” When he gave out the website address defendingtherepublic.org, I had the impression he meant the evidence would be there, but I didn't find it; this is a site for legal fund donations. I guess we have to take it on faith that the evidence is “conclusive.” But even if it is, that doesn't mean a court will look at it.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has a report coming out this Friday, Flynn said, and he anticipates that evidence of foreign interference will be part of that. If so, this could trigger an executive order from 2018 that gives the President certain emergency powers, such as appointing a special counsel. What that does is “slow everything down,” Flynn said. “We have serious, serious foreign influence problems with this Dominion voting machine.”
He said there is “clear, clear evidence.” If we ignore this, we’re going to “march down the road to a false inauguration.”
He also stressed the need to "get this right" before we have any more elections, though I’m sure he’s aware that Georgia is already starting its early voting for the senatorial run-offs.
THE EPOCH TIMES has a story about the executive order Flynn was talking about, as Sidney Powell has also said Trump would be authorized to use it if evidence of foreign influence is found.
The order says “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies, shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering with that election.”
If Ratcliffe makes a positive assessment of foreign influence, this gives the President emergency power to seize assets, “freeze things” (Powell's words), and even appoint a special prosecutor. He could have all the Dominion machines impounded.
The EPOCH TIMES story doesn’t say when or even if Ratcliffe will issue a report, but since Flynn is saying it’s coming out Friday, the scenario described here might conceivably happen. Sadly, it would be widely misreported as Trump attempting to become "dictator," and cities would be burned and looted in "spontaneous" (not) acts of violence.
In Powell's words, “every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There’s frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anyone who’s willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or greed, or corporate wealth.” If Ratcliffe does issue this report, “it’s going to blow the mind of every citizen in this country who’s willing to look at the truth and the facts. Because there’s never --- we’ve never witnessed anything like this in the history of this country. And it’s got to be stopped right now or there will never be a free and fair election.”
On Wednesday, Sen. Ron Johnson, chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, will hold hearings about election irregularities in light of the fact that so many people don’t trust the result. (Predictably, CNN is characterizing these hearings as “controversial” and “peddling in debunked conspiracy theories.” Right. Their story also quotes Mitt Romney. We won't bother linking to that.) “We’ve had to live with [lack of trust] for four years," Sen. Johnson told Bartiromo, “because the Democrats never recognized the legitimacy of President Trump, and now we see all these irregularities. The American people deserve answers, so I’m really not bringing a bias to this thing; we need to get to the bottom of this.”
I don’t want to give false hope –- especially after we’ve seen the Supreme Court deny even Texas the legal “standing” to sue –- but there’s always the possibility that President Trump has an ace up his sleeve, a “trump card,” if you will. This executive order might be it.
Ainsworth: "The Eyes Of Texas Are Upon You," Georgia!
By Laura Ainsworth, Staff writer
As a Texan, I am Texas-proud of my state’s attempt to set things right in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan, where reports of unconstitutional and otherwise highly questionable casting and counting of ballots in the 2020 presidential election will forever linger. And I’m grateful to all the states that joined us.
The Democrat steamroller just keeps rolling along, with the courts so far staying out of it and Monday marking the day for the Electoral College to vote. No matter how much evidence of malfeasance is collected –- in the form of at least a thousand sworn eyewitness and expert affidavits, compelling video out of Georgia and some other counting locations, and wild statistical impossibilities –- the courts won’t look at it, the news won’t report on it (except to say falsely that it’s “debunked”) and social media, our new Big Brother, won’t allow mention of it.
