Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Trey Gowdy on FOX NEWS Tuesday night that, based on intelligence that he has seen, he expected “additional actions taken by John Durham,” as he’s convinced that there were more incidents like the action of Kevin Clinesmith regarding the 2016 campaign. He noted that allegations of FISA abuse turned out to be true.

But I imagine his words generated a collective yawn among people who have been waiting years for accountability. Recall that Clinesmith pleaded guilty to fraudulently doctoring an official document but was recently sentenced to one year’s probation, community service and a $100 fine, essentially a slap on the wrist for committing a huge fraud that dragged Carter Page and the whole country through the “Russia Russia Russia” scam for years. It was a FISA COURT JUDGE who, inexplicably, presided over the case and, even more inexplicably, decided to let it go.

Now, Durham has reportedly moved on from the CIA without charging anyone --- John Brennan's MSNBC contract is safe --- and has moved his focus to the FBI. Sources have told FOX NEWS that high-ranking officials such as former FBI Director James Comey will not be charged. But Ratcliffe, putting the most positive spin on this that anyone could, said he doubts that such reports are accurate.

"Without betraying any confidences," Ratcliffe said, "I can tell you I sat in a room last July with John Durham and with Attorney General Barr; we looked at intelligence, and we all unanimously agreed that there was a problem there with respect to the FBI, that there wasn’t a proper predicate to begin, much less continue, a counterintelligence investigation against the Trump campaign. So I’d be surprised if this reporting is accurate, that there aren’t going to be additional indictments. I would expect that. I think the intelligence that I’ve seen reflects that, and I certainly think that, you know, once the investigation runs its course, that that’s what will take place.”

Ratcliffe said he wanted to see more instances of accountability, not because he wants to see “folks go to prison” but because he wants people to have trust in the FBI and the Department of Justice and “increasingly, they don’t.” But that's largely because folks like Kevin Clinesmith HAVEN'T gone to prison.

"The American people have seen the text messages and the emails, and the memos and the transcripts, and the FISA applications, and they know this just isn’t right," said Ratcliffe. "And...they see that this just wasn’t fair, and if the FBI and the Department of Justice can’t hold folks accountable for that, then we’re gonna have a problem down the road.”

No kidding.

It’s hard enough to have accountability when information has been released to the public, as in the case above, but what about when everything has been locked down? We’re going to step with one tiny toe into the case of Seth Rich, as his murder has been cloaked with secrecy and threats of lawsuits ever since it happened at 4:19AM on July 10, 2016. What is the story surrounding his death? We honestly don’t know, but a judge has given the FBI 82 days to produce all material in its possession that contains the name “Seth Rich.” Deadline: April 21. The attorney who pushed for this: Ty Clevenger. Here's a refresher.

And now, the update.

"I know there is enormous distrust and frustration over almost the utter failure of the Department of Justice and the Courts to play fair and do the right thing,” writes Larry Johnson at THE GATEWAY PUNDIT. But at least this judge is not playing along with the Deep State.”

Recall that Seth Rich, a DNC staffer who was shot and killed on a Washington DC street in what was said to be a robbery (in which nothing was taken), is alleged to have been involved with the hack/leak of the DNC server. Apparently, FBI counterintelligence people have been involved in an investigation, which strongly suggests that this was not a conventional robbery/murder.

The lid was slammed down long ago on anyone even talking about this. No one is supposed to even bring it up, but I will –- though, again, I do not know if Rich was involved in removing information from the DNC server, and I do not know the circumstances surrounding his death other than what was said in the police report. I just would LIKE to know. I’m glad to see that the FBI won’t be able to let this drop.

The FBI reportedly have over 20,000 pages of documents related to Seth Rich, as well as his laptop. For three years previously, they had apparently denied involvement in any investigation of Rich’s death or being in possession of his laptop. It was probably hidden away with with Hunter Biden’s laptop till President Trump’s first impeachment was over, haha.

Finally, don’t let this note of encouragement blind you to something less impressive that’s happening at the DOJ. Just a month before his father was inaugurated President of the United States, Hunter Biden hired a new attorney, former federal prosecutor Chris Clark, to assist with his federal criminal defense. Hunter is reportedly under investigation for tax evasion and money laundering allegations, with a “potential counterintelligence component,” according to AXIOS.

But here’s the real story: On Inauguration Day, one of Clark’s close colleagues, Nicholas McQuaid, a fellow partner at Latham & Watkins, was asked to temporarily lead the DOJ’s criminal division. McQuaid is one of a handful of acting assistant attorneys general appointed by President Biden on his very first day.

Does anything about this seem not quite kosher to you? Biden quickly appoints someone to head the DOJ’s criminal division who was a business partner of the attorney now representing his own son, who is under investigation? Under Biden, there’s supposedly an “ethics pledge” that bars federal officials from participating in matters involving former employers unless they receive “a waiver of relevant laws and regulations.” Well, that’s isn't that reassuring?

"Potential conflict between lawyers entering government and their former clients or firms are quite common,” said Kedric Payne, senior director for ethics at the Campaign Legal Center. “This situation is one of the many initial tests of Biden’s ethics pledge, which looks great on paper, but time will tell if it’s effective in practice. Enforcement is essential.”

Now we can all wonder if Biden’s ethics pledge will be enforced when it comes to the investigation of his son. The suspense is killing me.

    Mr. Governor,
It is said that the vast majority of the FBI Agents are good, upstanding, ethical people. My question is why have they not banded together to speak for the organization for which they swore an oath? There aren't enough decent people like Radcliff and Grenell to make a difference. So it is incumbent upon these agents to come forth with the truth. It is sad to see this agency's deterioration and even sadder still to see that it doesn't seem to stand a chance of recovery. The lies, deception and egos are too well entrenched.

Governor Huckabee. Legal scholars are all stating that you can not impeach a President no longer in office and that he is a citizen. CORRECT. It is outside of congresses hands in reality and the only entity lawfully to address his alledged actions is with a criminal investigation by authorized law enforcement and a State or Federal DA. President Trump has Rights that are being walked on by Democrats set on ruining his life and to get even and to ensure he doesnt run again. The Democrats are going to make it a Circus show as free air time to Bash, accuse, and inflame the situation worse.
If the Republicans wanted to shut this illegal action down..President Trump and Attorneys do not need to show up and recognize the Democrats misuse and abuse of their authority again. That being said...The republicans that have gone on record... said and voted against this illegal and improper action ..also do NOT/ SHOULD NOT show up for it and give this Democrats Political Circus, any more legitimacy to the proceedings.

Miss you Governor, but look forward to your daughters run for Governor here in Arkansas.
Peace and Gods Love be with you and family!

I am very disappointed that NOTHING has materialized from all the voting/election fraud that was talked about in the days following Nov. 3. It seems that anyone who could have done something about it was chicken to validate any charges.

Biden Ethics Pledge: Biden recent nomination to acting head of the Justice Department's criminal division is a former colleague of the attorney now representing Hunter Biden in the face of a DOJ investigation. Need I say more?

    Hello Governor,
I read your updates daily. While I am cheered sometimes, most of the time I just get depressed. The latest re: the murder of Seth Rich, the very light slap on the wrist of Clinensmith, only deepen my depression. I honestly don't believe anything will be done, by anybody. So sad.

But keep up the good fight. Just wished there were people in any kind of power, that felt the same. I'll believe it when I see it. And I ain't seen anything, by anybody, that will amount to much.

Do you think that there will be some real investigation into either Seth Rich {i believe, Arkansided}, or Hunter Biden for that matter. Isn't China holding Joe Biden's strings somewhat?

In summary, it is apparent our Entire Government is Corrupt.

Civil Disobedience is going to Rain on America.

Hmmm, why doesn't it surprise me that the fisa lawyer got a slap on the wrist, Comey won't be charged, Clinton didn't get charged & most likely the rest involved in the fisa fiasco won't be charged when they were all in doj jobs or higher but you can count on it if you or I did anything like they did We'd have the book thrown at us & be in prison for a while!! Wonder why so many Americans don't trust the fbi..doj or even the court system anymore? When a fisa judge let's him go like that & he's a lawyer that definitely know better! Sad& sick what our country has come to. Disgusting to say the least! ??

    Mr. Huckabee:

Does this mean that Carter Page couldn't sue Clinesmith and the FBI agents individually? I would have to look into hiring the attorney (Woods?) who handled the young man from the school trip incident who sued CNN and others for defamation. I would think Carter would have a slam dunk with this attorney representing him.

impeachment should go forward especially to the democratic party
I personally applaud Marjorie green about 90% and think Liz Chaney needs to be censored or she needs to change to another party
section 230 needs to be removed from all sensory regulations I do not use any social media service I do see a censorship that needs to be removed

republicans need to hold the line on approving any Biden's cabinet his cabinet choices are equal to his mental attitude

    Governor,
I read a few on interesting things today. I am sure you saw the big Antifa, et al, riot in Washington State. John Kerry took his private jet to Iceland for an award given for his climate work. When questioned by an Icelandic reporter about the effects of a private jet on the environment. He said it was necessary for people like him. Of course it is, you cannot expect someone that self important to have to actually go through security lines and board a plane with the riff raff like us. Even flying first class would be filled with these little inconveniences. Oh my gosh, he would have to share a cabin with ordinary rich people and maybe some are even flying on credit car miles. He is a caricature. But I guess people are buying it. So BLM is nominated for Nobel Peace Prize. If I were Nobel I’d ask to come back and haunt these people who run the awards in his name. What an embarrassment to him and his descendants. I love the idea of tying up the Senate for ages with the impeachment trial. How to make the Dem Senators look silly and childish. The longer they are tied up, the less damage they can do. Cuomo has become another joke. I wish some one would put up a graph showing murder rates , crime rates, Covid death rates, and Covid infection rates under each state and identify the party of the Governor and the percentage make up of the legislature. Did you see that one of the upscale cosmetic companies fired an entertainer who does videos fir them because she is a Christian and Conservative. They accused her of racism sm among other things. She Hispanic from Puerto Rico. Many Puerto
Ricin’s are also part Black as the people are a nice mix.

Mike, The Shadow Government and Deep State are in control as they have hijacked all of the government's agencies and departments, as well as the SCOTUS. I predict that nothing substantive will come of the investigation into Hunter Biden. One need only watch the YouTube video by retired, CIA agent/whistleblower, Kevin Shipp, to learn that, barring a miracle, our beloved country is finished as a Democratic Republic. If you haven't viewed it, I encourage you to watch Kevin Shipp's video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHbrOg092GA&list=PLeaiWAYsQV3Y466iVP0dOQ6c9GWeoR8mi it is also available on www.bitchute.com. Personally, I believe that God is punishing America for having turned its collective back on Him. I'm an old man and past my "expiration date," and my remaining days may be few; however, I grieve for my children, Grandchildren and Great Granddaughter. Be well and God Bless you and your family. Sincerely Ed.

Mike, If wishes were fishes we'd all be fat... NOTHING is going to come of this especially now with the (phoney) Biden administration in place.. The shredders have been running 24/7 since Nov. 3.so what was is no more. Everything has been "wiped" clean if you will.

    Love your newsletters!
I feel so much more well informed. I haven’t watched a MSM channel since September. I’ve dumped FB, was never on Twitter, I don’t use Google any longer, nor Amazon. I won’t shop at Bed Bath and Beyond or Kohls and am seriously trying to figure out how to get out of the “Apple world”. I appreciate your updates on the way some of these companies are being affected and can hope that more people will get the message! I wish you and your family the best, and good luck to your daughter’s Governor campaign!

I am incredibly skeptical that anyone will be held accountable, especially with Biden as president, a cheerleading squad for press, and Democrats holding congress.

Maybe some unfortunate low ranker will be the sacrificial cow, but that’s it.

I’ll be happy to be proven wrong.

I thoroughly enjoy your emails. You have always been fair and honest in your assessments. I do believe that Durham will bring nothing and we have been played. Both Durham and Barr were deep state players to search for the truth and bury it. America I feel will never be the same. The swamp is too deep and I feel sorry for President Trump. He truly tried and was intentionally misinformed by bad actors during his entire presidency. This impeachment is nothing but a sham to label everyone who supported him a domestic terrorist and to vaccinate the population to start altering DNA. Clearly the world learned nothing from World War 2. For the first time in my life the future looks bleak and a clear path to world communism is upon us. The GOP has sold us out. I am no longer a GOP member and have unenrolled. The only option I can see for salvation is to sure up state laws. States are our only hope for our future. Your daughter will be a brilliant Governor. God Bless you both. I continue to pray and will always vote even though it is rigged. May honesty and integrity return someday.

I will believe it when I see it. How is it when the Democrats commit crimes it just keeps getting swept under the rug, and so much time passes and so many people get involved it is impossible to sort out all the details. They need to be caught in the act and have cuffs slapped on immediately. If it was a Republican, it would be on all the news channels and their would be hell to pay for all involved. (2) tier Justice has to stop.

Thanks for allowing me to comment, Governor. I am very disillusioned, with the Republican "club", and you. For 2 or 3 years you have been chicken little on these CIA/FBI pending indictments. Time and again you breathlessly announced that charges, indictments and jail time was coming. The Democrats are destroying America with unbridled activism and relentless action while the "club" stonewalls and stands around in togas, all the while complicitly skewering Trump. Disgusting. 74 million Americans will not soon forget this insider treachery. Loyalty is supposed to work both ways. I wish Trump would start a 3rd party.
